About IMS
Independent thinking for a fast-changing mobility landscape.
Integrated Micromobility Solutions is a Canadian advisory and solutions company helping organizations understand micromobility challenges, assess risks and requirements, evaluate options and implement practical responses.
Why IMS
We begin with the problem.
Micromobility is changing how people move, how properties operate and how organizations think about safety, access and infrastructure. The right response is rarely one product selected in isolation.
IMS brings an independent perspective to each assignment. We clarify the challenge, assess the operating environment and connect practical recommendations to implementation.
Independent
Recommendations are guided by the client’s needs, not a manufacturer’s sales target.
Technology-aware
Products and providers are considered in the context of the full operating environment.
Implementation-minded
Advice is designed to support a realistic path from decision to action.
Leadership
Complementary experience.
IMS combines entrepreneurial, commercial and technology experience with practical knowledge of micromobility, market development and strategic partnerships.

Partner ecosystem
The right expertise, assembled for the assignment.
IMS can work with specialist manufacturers, technology providers, implementation partners, recyclers and subject-matter experts without being tied exclusively to one supplier.
Independent
Partners and products are evaluated against the client’s needs.
Collaborative
Specialist expertise is brought in when the assignment requires it.
Practical
The goal is a sound decision that can be implemented and supported.
Bring IMS the problem first.
We will help frame the decision before discussing products.
